Please be advised.
Dear parents & students,
We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but we strive to start and end all sessions on time. If your child is late, we cannot make up the missed time.
We also understand that emergencies arise and illnesses happen. However, please remember that cancelling your child’s regularly scheduled session with short notice prevents other students from seeing us during that time. To better accommodate all our students, we strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask that you provide us with a minimum 24-hour notice for the following:
Cancelling private/group sessions & consultation appointments
Rescheduling private/group sessions & consultation appointments
Cancelling/rescheduling your child’s attendance for practice SAT/ACT exams
We reserve the right to charge in full for any late cancellations. If a student arrives late or must leave early, they are still responsible for paying the full tuition for the lesson; we do not adjust tuition fees based upon the amount of a session a student was present.
Students who frequently cancel or make changes to their regularly scheduled time may forfeit their ability to reserve weekly sessions. Please remember that repeatedly cancelling your child’s regularly scheduled sessions prevents us from seeing other students and diminishes the efficacy of their sessions. We ask that your child attend his or her sessions consistently. Consistency is key to their academic progress.
For tuition rates, please contact each instructor as tuition rates may vary. Our goal is to provide our students with the best scholastic experience, so please note that we reserve the right to increase our tuition fees at any time to sustain the fees required to provide such experience for all our students.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Please be sure to prepay or pay by the day of the appointment. Tuition must be paid within 72 hours of each lesson. After this period, a $10 late fee will incur per lesson. Unpaid tuition may also lead to a suspension or termination of services. In the event that Inspired Education decides to suspend or terminate our services, you agree to pay all expenses incurred, including unpaid tuition and a late fee(s). We reserve the right to deny your child his or her scheduled session as well as any future sessions until late tuition fees have been paid in full. If your method of payment results in any penalty fees, they are expected to be paid no later than one week.
Thank you for understanding.
